    A group of professional organizers to assist you, throughout the project managing the planning and operation of events, taking care of secretarial services and also contacts with your customers and participants in the event, if required.

    • Integrated support to ensure compliance to industry regulations
    • Support to the Scientific Committee: submission of  abstracts, program, contacts with speakers
    • Pre-conference and on-site multilingual staffing: project manager and secretarial staff, AV technicians, hostesses, guides, interpreters

    Logistics

    • Venue proposal: identify the best location that fits the purpose and needs of the event, being an historical palace, exclusively open for your event, a contemporary venue, a hotel or a vast and equipped congress centre

    • Management of hotel reservations for speakers, staff, participants, inside the conference
      hotels or in hotels of different price categories
    • Transportation services: airline tickets for speakers and/or delegates, charter flights, coaches, VIP cars, boats, helicopters
